Include the email address registered with EZ RIDE, the approximate trip date, and a short description of the issue. Never send your password, verification codes, or full payment-card or bank-account details.

Account and privacy requests

You can request account deletion without reinstalling the app. Deletion is completed within 7 days with confirmation, subject to verification of account ownership. Our Privacy policy describes the information we collect and the limited records that may be retained.
